1. Who the controller is
Solentra Holdings is the controller of your data. We publish the RNC, the registered address and the email as soon as the company registration is complete. Until then, message us on WhatsApp.
2. What we use your data for
To answer you, follow up on your request and deliver the service you contract. Nothing else.
3. Legal basis
Your consent, given freely, expressly and consciously, and prominently when it sits next to another declaration, under article 6.4 of Ley 172-13.
4. What we collect
The contact form fields, the WhatsApp conversation data, and site usage measurements.
5. Patient data
Solentra does not process patient or health data through this site. Appointment reminders sit outside this policy and are not provided until the written data-processing agreement with the clinic exists.
6. How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request and to meet the applicable tax and accounting obligations.
7. International transfer
Any transfer out of the country requires your authorization or one of the exceptions listed in article 80 of Ley 172-13.
8. Your rights
You may request access, rectification or removal of your data at any time and free of charge, under article 71 of Ley 172-13. Ask for it on WhatsApp.
9. Complaints
Article 29 of Ley 172-13 names the Superintendencia de Bancos as the control body for credit-reporting databases; there is no general data protection authority. Complaints are handled directly with Solentra, and advertising-related complaints with Pro Consumidor.
