Dental clinics

You have the content. Not the site.

Your services, your hours, your insurance list and your cases live in Instagram highlights. A patient searching for you at nine at night finds no page and no way to book.

The problem, said plainly

  • The profile link goes to another list of links, not to a site.
  • The highlights are doing a site's job: insurance, cases, location, contact, services, hours and team.
  • Someone searching Google at nine at night finds nothing that answers.
  • The schedule is kept by hand and nobody writes to the patient before the appointment.

Where to see the price

The plans are published on the pricing page, with what each one includes. Anything outside them is quoted in writing within 48 hours.

What we never do

  • We do not write about patients, identifiable cases or clinical outcomes.
  • We do not handle records or health information.
  • We do not publish before-and-after photos or testimonials without a signed authorization.
  • We do not promise outcomes or use superlatives, and we name a credential only when the qualification behind it exists.

Appointment reminders

Coming soon. Reminders touch patient contact data. They are not sold until the written data-processing agreement with the clinic exists, with patient consent taken and held by the clinic.

Patients from abroad

An English page, a WhatsApp that answers in English, and the price in writing before anything starts. That is exactly what a clinic already receiving patients from the United States and Canada is missing.

Questions from the clinic

Do you list my insurance carriers?
Yes. It gets its own page, with the list you confirm, and it is updated when it changes.
How do appointments come in?
The booking button wires into the scheduler you already run. If you have none, we set one up for you.
Who answers the WhatsApp?
The assistant handles the common questions and hands the conversation to a person at Solentra when it matters.
What about my Instagram?
We keep posting there. The site does not replace Instagram; it gives you somewhere to send the people who arrive from it.
Do you see my patients' information?
No. We hold no records and no clinical information, and we will not until the written agreement that governs it exists.
