1. The site is yours
The content, the assets and the data belong to the client and are exportable. No rebuild fee and no waiting period.
2. Cancellation
Starter, Pro and Ultra cancel whenever the client wants, with no minimum term. Enterprise carries a three-month term.
3. ITBIS
Every price is shown before ITBIS. 18 percent is added on each invoice under the Dominican tax code. A buyer whose own services are ITBIS-exempt, such as a clinic, generally cannot credit that 18 percent against its output tax: it is a real cost and we say so here so it is not a surprise on the first invoice.
4. Invoicing
We invoice in Dominican pesos at the Banco Central rate of the day, with an electronic fiscal document (e-CF) under Ley 32-23. We accept card, local transfer and a recurring charge.
5. Advertising and claims
Our advertising, and the advertising we produce for the client, is written under article 88 of Ley 358-05: truthful, not misleading about characteristics, price or conditions, and stating the dates and volumes of every promotion.
6. Governing language
Spanish governs. The English pages are a courtesy translation.
