Commerce and inventory
Product pages, WhatsApp orders with a pay button, and stock that comes down on its own when something sells.
Sample. Not a client's work.
Recommended for
- A pharmacy already filling orders on WhatsApp and keeping the stock count in its head.
- A shop or hardware store that wants to sell online without standing up a new way of working.
- A business that already has inventory software and wants it connected, not replaced.
What is included
- Product pages with photo, price, stock and search, inside the same site.
- WhatsApp ordering with a pay button: the customer asks, pays, and the stock comes down on its own.
- Cart and online checkout for the customer who would rather buy from the page.
- The order from end to end: placed, on its way, received, put on the shelf and sold, all in one place.
- Goods received with a scanner wired to a tablet at the counter, when there is no software to connect.
- A connection to the inventory software the business already runs, when that is the right answer.
- An alert when a product is running low, so nobody finds out by looking at an empty shelf.
What is automated
The sale, the WhatsApp order and the goods received all write to the same stock count, so what the customer sees on the page is what is on the shelf.
Turnaround
Depending on the ask, in days. The exact date goes in writing in the proposal.
What you receive every month
- Orders taken through the page and through WhatsApp
- Products below their minimum
- Gaps between the stock count and the count at the counter
Frequently asked
- Do I have to change my inventory software?
- No. If you have a system you like, we use it. If you have none, we build you one.
- Do I need to buy hardware?
- Receiving goods by scanning needs a scanner and a tablet at the counter. We quote the hardware separately and you decide.
- Can I sell on WhatsApp only?
- Yes. The order arrives on WhatsApp, the customer pays with a button, and the stock comes down the same as on the page.
