Sandbrock Share
A neighborhood marketplace in 24 hours.
A 2,000-home Texas community, a founder with no technical team, and a marketplace where neighbors lend each other things.

Context
We built Sandbrock Share for a 2,000-home Texas community whose founder had no technical team.
The product lets a verified neighbor post an item, answer a request, arrange the handoff and record the return and the review. A conventional build called for five to eight people and six months or more.
The decision
The question was not which features to add
It was how quickly the founder could learn whether neighbors would post anything. Background checks and live location would have delayed that test, so we cut both from the first release and put the bet on one closed community.
The closed community already gave neighbors a reason to recognize one another. We made the verified-neighbor badge the first trust layer, and centered the product on one job.
What we built
One loop, reviewed in full before it opened
The post-and-lend loop
Photos, terms, messaging, approval, handoff, return and review inside one path.
Five audience profiles
We walked the product against each one before opening it to the community.
All 47 screens reviewed
Every one passed visual review before the marketplace went live.
Live that same night
We deployed before the next morning, so the founder could learn from a working marketplace instead of a deck.
Result
From idea to live, and two communities today
We shipped Sandbrock Share in under 24 hours with the complete posting, request, handoff, return and review loop. The founder could test the riskiest assumption with real neighbors.
We kept each community's identity separate from the code that posts and hands off. That decision let Neighbor Share open a second community on the same codebase instead of funding another build.
